It has been said that the following short prayer will fulfill your wishes, as long as you don't wish harm to anyone. There is a certain way to say this prayer: you state your wishes after saying the prayer in complete faith and trust.

I was told to say this prayer three times a day : First thing upon awakening in the morning; second time around sunset in a quiet setting; third time right before falling asleep. It's best to keep the same fixed times everyday for 21 days without interruption.

After 21 days you should pass this prayer to someone else in need, and confirm your gratitude on paper. For myself it did work, but I guess when you have faith, every prayer will work. Nevertheless, it does not hurt to try it.
