For Fathers who have disabilities

Allen Miller& Cherish

I am a spouse of a blind father; he just graduated from a guide dog school and has a precious dog named CHERISH. She is a blessing and heart warming dog. People never realize that precious sight is a life given gift until it is gone; he lost his sight July 2010. He is 57.

This dog is a miracle and inspires me each day. I have given him the avenue to progress in all visually impaired studies. My husband is a optimistic person and motivated to live his life to the extent of his needs.

I want the world to know that life can go on, just put one foot in front of the other. If you need help and want a guide dog please view http://www.guidingeyes.org

Your husband is very brave, and you and the dog are such a great support to him. My very best wishes for you and your family.
